Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you MUST create an account before scheduling your initial consultation. Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours in advance. The full fee applies for appointments cancelled later than 3 hours before their scheduled time and for appointments the client does not attend.
